Responsibilities

– Manage the entire supply chain process, including logistics, planning, and order tracking.
– Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, warehousing, and distribution functions
– Lead and manage supply chain teams effectively.
– Provide training and continuous development to maintain the highest professional standards.
– Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
– Guarantee timely delivery of customer products with minimal delays.
– Monitor performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
– Maintain strong customer satisfaction through reliable service.
– Address and resolve issues related to logistics, planning, or order management.
– Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
– Organize and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
– Ensure smooth cooperation between Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
– Align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

– 5+ years handling wide areas of supply chain operations
– 5+ years of team management experience
– 3+ years using SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
– Preferably from the life sciences sector
– Strong communication skills
– Native Japanese proficiency
– Strong English capabilities
– Strong IT skillset
– 3+ years building or training teams
