Responsibilities

– Support the Supply Chain Director by overseeing the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of the 3PL JP warehouse activities, covering both operational workflows and administrative procedures.
– Compile, analyze, and communicate delivery performance metrics for the JP operations each day, while consistently tracking progress toward defined targets and KPIs.
– Contribute to broader supply-chain development efforts and take ownership of all process-improvement initiatives within the JP market.
– Act as the operational lead for managing relationships with key suppliers supporting the JP supply-chain function.
– Work closely with the local Commercial teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries and operational issues.
– Manage and coordinate the Office Order process for the internal JP organization.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree required.
– Background in retail or fashion is a plus.
– Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
– Demonstrated leadership potential with solid communication and presentation skills.
– Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, PLM, Qlik Sense, NuOrder, and strong MS Office skills is beneficial.
– Fluency in English and Japanese required; additional languages are an advantage.
