Responsibilities

-Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies.
-Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including BCP measures.
-Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure supply and optimal inventory.
-Evaluate and improve domestic logistics operations (drayage, inbound/outbound, warehousing, distribution).
-Optimize logistics for cost efficiency and lead time.
-Manage the S&OP program effectively and continuously.
-Collaborate with departments to achieve divisional KPIs.
-Drive supply chain digitalization and process improvements.
-Maintain stable operations through process control and documentation.

Qualifications

-8+ years of SCM, warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience.
-Strong knowledge of supply chain management, ERP, WMS, and lean methods.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Skilled in managing complex projects within budgets and deadlines.
-Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
-Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning.
-Experienced in working with external logistics partners.
-Proactive in improving processes and efficiency.
-Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
