Responsibilities

Report to Supply Chain Director
– Oversee the daily activities of the supply chain
– Handle all supply chain work, including inventory, buying, imports, supplier and material data, and working with 3PL.
– Work closely with cross functional departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance to ensure smooth operations
– Ensure the team is working effectively, training, and mentoring
– Help manage risks in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or compliance issues.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience handling wider SCM operations, best if experienced in the medical industry
– Background with KAIZEN, process improvement, or project management
– Expertise with SAP or other ERP systems like Oracle
– Strong analytical skills and experience using MS Excel
– Effective communicator
– Native Japanese
– Business level English
