Responsibilities

Reporting to: Head of SCM
– Manage end-to-end order processing within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and smooth order lifecycle execution
– Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and availability planning to support demand and delivery commitments
– Handle internal and customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, and deliveries, providing timely resolution and clear communication
– Coordinate domestic logistics operations and last-mile deliveries to ensure on-time and cost-effective fulfillment
– Track shipments proactively and resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues in coordination with carriers and internal teams
– Review and select shipping methods to balance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational requirements
– Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, customer service, finance, and operations to align workflows and resolve issues
– Support billing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, and order management
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP
– Proven people management and team leadership skills
– Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in Japanese with strong professional proficiency in English
– Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
