Responsibilities

-Reports to SCM Manager
-Manage 5 staff in team
-Monitor and improve performance by analyzing company KPIs, inventory turnover, supply availability, sales forecast reliability, warehouse utilization, and other related metrics.
-Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
-Oversee and enhance the entire process from internal order placement to delivery to the warehouse and end customers.
-Collaborate with the sales department.
-Implement internal optimization measures.
-Conduct stock analysis, replenishment, and control.
-Maintain close communication with third-party logistics providers and manage their performance.
-Occasionally assist with customer management tasks, including correspondence, invoicing, and addressing various commercial support issues.

Qualifications

-5+ years of relevant experience in logistics processes within the supply chain.
-Have specialized knowledge of logistics and sales procedures.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience with SAP MM and SD modules.
-Strong business acumen, customer orientation, organizational and coordination skills, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
-Willingness to travel and possess intercultural understanding.
