Responsibilities

-Supervise and support a small SCM team while overseeing daily activities and meeting performance targets.
-Enter and manage customer orders in SAP and coordinate timely deliveries.
-Work closely with warehouses to monitor inventory and ensure smooth stock replenishment.
-Coordinate import shipments, review shipping documents, and manage customs procedures.
-Support manufacturing and logistics activities, including handling non-conforming or obsolete products.
-Manage customer complaints and arrange returns, replacements, or credits.
-Serve as the local SAP contact for system support and data maintenance.
-Assist with general operational tasks and provide backup support as needed.

Qualifications

-4+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, or relevant experience.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Experience using ERP (SAP is a plus!)
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general PC-based administrative tasks.
-Hands-on experience with order management, shipping, and import procedures.
-Experience handling customer complaints and supporting operational or process improvements; leadership experience is a plus.
