Responsibilities

-Manage daily operations and drive efficiency.
-Coordinate setup and execution for company requirements.
-Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
-Conduct benchmarking and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.
-Plan annual staffing and resource allocation.
-Maintain quality standards and operational compliance.
-Support readiness of check-in systems and equipment.
-Oversee security measures and control inventory and shipment of testing materials.

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in operations or relevant experience.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience suggesting operational improvements and assisting with problem-solving is a plus.
-Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions in ongoing operations.
-Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
-High attention to detail with accurate reporting and consultation abilities.
-Committed to maintaining operational quality and process accuracy.
