Responsibilities

-Lead and improve end-to-end logistics operations across warehousing, transport, and customs.
-Drive KPI performance and continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
-Understand customer needs and create simple, effective logistics solutions.
-Ensure audit readiness and maintain strong compliance standards.
-Build and execute clear, future-focused supply network strategies.
-Manage and optimize 3PL partners for smooth, reliable operations.
-Support business growth by winning new contracts.
-Reduce costs, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

-5+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Clear, confident communicator—able to build trust with teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
-Reliable, accountable, and able to work at pace while maintaining high standards.
-Skilled in analysis, presentations, and influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
-Passion for continuous improvement, especially using LEAN principles.
