Responsibilities

Reporting to SCM Director
Manage: 3 staff

– Manage supply chain activities, including planning, purchasing, imports, inventory, warehouse operations, and deliveries.
– Make sure products are available when needed and keep inventory at the right level.
– Lead warehouse operations and staff, including receiving, storing, packing, shipping, and returns.
– Ensure all warehouse and shipping activities follow quality and regulatory requirements for medical products.
– Track inventory, shipping performance, and logistics costs, and improve daily operations.
– Manage product labeling, packing, and kitting for selected clinical products.
– Work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, RAQA, suppliers, and logistics partners to support business operations.

Qualifications

– Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, import/export, or order management.
– Experience managing warehouse activities, inventory control, and daily operations.
– Experience leading and supervising a team.
– Good knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for reporting and data management.
– Strong communication skills, with business-level Japanese and practical English.
– Preferred to come from medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, manufacturing industry
