■　新設ポジションとしての裁量と創造性
当初は需要計画（Demand Planning）を中心とした個人貢献型の役割からスタートし、事業成長に合わせてチームを立ち上げていく予定です。日本国内のロジスティクス業務は、サプライチェーン部門のシニアマネージャーが担当します。自ら仕組みを構築し、将来的にチームを率いていきたい方に向いています。

■　グローバル連携が中心となるレポートライン
APAC マネージングディレクター（Non-Japanese）および本社へのレポートラインとなり、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。多文化環境での協働を通じて、グローバル視点で事業を推進する経験が得られます。国際的な環境で多文化のステークホルダーと協働されたい方に適しています。

Responsibilities

– Shape the regional Supply Chain strategy (heavily focused on demand planning and strategic initiatives rather than operational work)
– Build a customer‑focused and agile Supply Chain by turning strategy into practical plans
– Lead Demand, Supply, and Retail Distribution Planning and run the regional S&OP process, make improvements as needed per growth of the region
– Work closely with international stake holders to ensure local and global level align regarding business development / market focus initiatives
– Anticipate volume and distribution changes and alert stake holders as needed
– Improve Supply Chain systems (ERP, planning tools) and diffuse among teams
– Build and grow regional Supply Chain teams by using existing resources and eventually expanded head count

Qualifications

– 15+ years strategic supply chain experience at a multinational company (B to C / consumers goods company is highly preferred)
– Excellent English and global mindset (position needs to work with multiple stake holders across the globe)
– Capacity and experience to develop new supply chain function to support APAC growth
– Experience working with C-level executives.
