Responsibilities

-Manage daily customer service operations and ensure timely, professional responses to customer inquiries.
-Oversee the complete Order-to-Cash process, including order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
-Work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and customers to ensure smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment.
-Support the Sales team by preparing quotations, contracts, and other customer-related documents.
-Monitor warehouse inventory and logistics performance, collaborating with regional and international teams to resolve shipping and customs issues.
-Lead the implementation and improvement of customer order management and logistics systems, while supporting digital transformation initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Oracle, and Excel.
-Analyze sales and operational data to identify business improvement opportunities, prepare forecasts and reports, and maintain accurate customer and master data.
-Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies, drive continuous process improvements, and coordinate customer audits and cross-functional business activities.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or a related field.
-Experience leading, coaching, or supporting Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or operations teams.
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Good knowledge of import/export operations, customs procedures, and order management processes.
-Experience participating in or leading system implementation and business process improvement projects.
-Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Oracle, Excel, or similar business systems.
-A proactive, hands-on team player who can work independently, adapt to change, and effectively manage operations in a lean organization.
