Responsibilities

-Lead and develop a team to deliver excellent spare parts, repair, and logistics services while driving high customer satisfaction.
-Manage end-to-end supply chain and material operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory availability, and efficient logistics performance.
-Monitor and improve key business metrics, using data and KPIs to increase service quality, reduce costs, and strengthen operational results.
-Build strong partnerships with customers, internal teams, and external logistics providers to resolve issues quickly and deliver outstanding service.
-Develop and implement effective inventory, replenishment, transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
-Identify supply chain risks, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with customs, trade, and export control regulations.
-Manage operational budgets, improve process efficiency, and support digital tools that enhance customer experience and business performance.
-Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team by promoting collaboration, employee well-being, continuous learning, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

-8+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
-Able to build good relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
-Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP) and business reporting tools is a plus!
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment.
-Results-driven with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
