Responsibilities

– Manage daily operations for the Air Freight Import and Export division
– Lead, manage, and develop team members to improve operational performance
– Coordinate business activities with overseas offices and global stakeholders
– Monitor and improve KPIs, profitability, and gross profit (GP) performance
– Build and maintain relationships with airlines and business partners, including rate negotiations
– Drive operational quality improvement and process optimization in import/export
– Strengthen organizational capabilities and support future growth through team management

Qualifications

– Approximately 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience in air export operations
– Proven team management, leadership, or supervisory experience
– Business-level English (email correspondence and meeting participation)
– Strong business acumen with understanding of profitability and cost management

Preferred

– Experience negotiating air freight rates with airlines
– Established network within the airline industry
– Experience setting up/managing import-export consolidation operations
