Responsibilities

-Work closely with overseas Operations to coordinate and execute monthly forecasting processes
-Manage supply and demand planning while supporting customer excellence and purchase orders
-Plan Product Life Cycle from start to finish
-Analyze, recommend, and pursue inventory (dispose returned, damaged, or off-spec inventory)
-Refine stocking levels to meet business requirement and mandates
-Follow scrap instructions by monitoring inventory levels
-Manage warehouse activities. cleanness, security, and inventory control
-Prepare regular yearly inventory audits

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or higher
-Business level of English
-Business level of Japanese
-4+ years of supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse management experience
-Experience using major ERP system (SAP is a plus!)
-Strong communication with local and overseas stakeholders
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
-Effective communication skills
