Responsibilities

-Reports to Demand & Customer Service Manager
-4 staff in Customer Service team
-Receive customer orders via phone, email, online system, or fax.
-Accurately confirm order details, input into the system, check inventory, and issue shipping instructions.
-Respond to inquiries related to orders.
-Check and provide updates on delivery status; handle complaints and returns as needed.
-Manage and regularly update order data.
-Analyze order information to improve and streamline operations.
-Maintain smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
-Embody and practice Customer Centricity.
-Gather customer feedback and requests, share them with relevant departments, and propose service improvements.
-Record and manage customer interactions in the system.
-Utilize tools such as Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

-Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal and phone/email communication.
-Accurate data entry and management capabilities.
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Experience using order management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
-Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
-Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of service spirit.
-Practical experience in order processing, customer service, or call center operations.
-Experience with customer service training or certifications.
-Hands-on experience using SAP in a professional setting.
-Experience conducting business using English (e.g., text-based communication such as emails, and basic daily conversation).
