Responsibilities
– Reporting to Customer Service Manager
– 6 staff in team (2 members located in China)
-Interact with external customers to provide information, support, and problem resolution for inquiries and order management.
-Manage and communicate with customers regarding order management.
-Collaborate with internal departments to drive process improvements related to:
-Provide exceptional customer service by assessing needs and leveraging Sensata service programs to enhance satisfaction.
-Register new customer account information, including credit references and accounting details, to support account setup.
-Address gaps in order patterns to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
-Collaborate with departments to resolve non-compliance issues.
-Negotiate non-contractual customer requests regarding lead times and expedited shipping.
-Work with manufacturing site planning teams to ensure on-time delivery and meet/exceed customer order requirements.
-Assist quality teams with return and replacement shipments.
-Support Finance and Accounting departments with invoice and overdue payment issues.
-Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and contribute to quarterly Net Revenue goals.
-Provide key customer account feedback to support short-term line loading.
-Collaborate with Product Development teams on new product introductions.
Qualifications
-2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus!
-Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global, and innovative environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Experience with order entry and ERP planning systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of customer needs.
-Effective persuasion and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
-Skilled in communicating with customers, managers, and business partners.
-Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-Flexible and able to multitask across different assignments.
-Conflict resolution skills; capable of handling complaints and disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
-Proficient in root cause analysis and resolving customer issues effectively.
-Open to new ideas; demonstrates critical and systemic thinking.
-Able to evaluate information for compliance with standards.
-Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills.
-Demonstrates strong ethical values and professional integrity.
