Responsibilities

-Prepare quotations and contracts for printing-related equipment in response to sales team requests
-Ensure accuracy and prompt turnaround of documents, securing necessary approvals
-Register orders in SAP and manage profitability throughout the order process
-Coordinate deliveries while minimizing transportation and warehouse costs
-Work with logistics partners to ensure cost-efficient distribution
-Collaborate with the finance department to manage foreign exchange risks
-Issue invoices in accordance with contract terms
-Handle payment processing for ordered products
-Coordinate with the shared services center in China to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
-Prepare and submit various internal and external reports as required
