Responsibilities

Report to: Logistics Leader
– Overseeing customers’ requests while ensuring every requirement is clearly interpreted, and the order is entered into the system
– Reviewing stock levels and arranging logistics to support timely dispatch
– Issuing invoices based on confirmed delivery information
– Carrying out end‑to‑end order processing in line with established procedures
– Engaging with clients and relevant partners through communication, negotiation, and inquiry support

Qualifications

– 3+ years with administration or order management at B2B companies
– Experience using an ERP system (Oracle/SAP) with order entry
– Fluent Japanese (reading/writing/speaking)
– Business level English (written most important)
– Great analytical skills using Excel and data analysis
– Strong communication/negotiation skills
