Responsibilities

-Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong, long-term customer relationships
-Process purchase orders, order confirmations, and new customer requests accurately and on time
-Enter and maintain customer, order, pricing, and inventory data in the ERP system
-Review orders for accuracy (terms, part numbers, quantities, billing, and shipping details)
-Prepare invoices, credit memos, and related customer documentation
-Track and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and invoicing issues
-Maintain organized customer service records and process documentation
-Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

-4+ years of customer service or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus!
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Knowledge of export shipping methods and compliance requirements
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate processes, schedules, and communications across teams
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
