Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of the Department
– Manage orders and ensure on-time delivery to support sales and operations
– Be the main contact for customers and provide clear, professional support
– Resolve issues quickly to build trust and keep customers satisfied
– Identify ways to improve processes and share feedback with the team
– Communicate clearly and positively handle challenges

Qualifications

– Native-level Japanese
– Strong English communication
– At least 3+ years of customer service or order management experience
– Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for order management.
– Strong problem-solving skills, working with teams like IT and supply chain.
– Willing to learn new systems and adapt to changes.
– Team player who works well with others.
– Experience in the medical device/diagnostics industry (big plus!)
