Responsibilities

-Provide friendly, responsive support for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
-Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a smooth order experience
-Work with internal teams to improve processes and solve problems quickly
-Set up and maintain accurate customer account and billing information
-Ensure orders meet contract terms and address any issues proactively
-Coordinate special requests like delivery timelines and expedited shipping
-Partner with planning and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery
-Support business goals through teamwork, customer feedback, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

-2+ years of customer service or related experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/Oracle experience is a plus
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer-focused with the ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts
-Solid problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
-Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with integrity
