Responsibilities

Reporting to Demand Planning Manager

– Analyze past sales data and improve forecast accuracy.
– Create sales forecasts using historical sales trends and business inputs.
– Collect and consolidate forecasts from Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
– Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams to align forecasts.
– Monitor sales performance and adjust forecasts when needed.
– Manage and maintain sales, promotion, and planning data.
– Review forecast assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
– Lead forecast discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
– Prepare forecast reports and support monthly planning meetings.
– Ensure forecast data is accurate and up to date in planning systems.
– Identify gaps between forecast, budget, and business targets.
– Support inventory and supply planning through accurate demand forecasting.

Qualifications

– 3+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, or Supply Planning.
– Experience using ERP / SAP
– Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
– Advanced Excel skills
– Effective communication skills in English and business-level Japanese
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
