Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end customer support from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience
-Own assigned customer accounts, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution to maintain high service quality
-Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering proactive support
-Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the order lifecycle
-Handle a wide range of customer requests, including pre-sales inquiries, order modifications, delivery coordination, after-sales support, billing, credit management, and contract-related matters
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data to support efficient operations and smooth order processing
-Process customer orders and support onboarding through digital platforms such as e-commerce portals and EDI systems
-Serve as the first point of contact for complaints and warranty cases, ensuring timely escalation and resolution while supporting compliance with recalls and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
-4+ years experience in customer service, after-sales support, pricing coordination, and handling customer complaints and warranty-related cases
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience working with SAP is a plus!
-Background in B2B operations, ideally within customer service, sales support, or account management is a plus!
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders
-Open to new approaches and committed to identifying and implementing innovative solutions
-Strong team player who values collaboration, trust, and effective cross-functional working relationships
