Responsibilities

• Procure and manage air/sea freight rates and local charges
• Support preparation of quotations and bid/tender submissions
• Respond to quotation requests from overseas network offices
• Provide rate information and proposal support to sales representatives
• Manage sales activities and deal information using CRM
• Build and maintain relationships with other offices and overseas pricing counterparts
• Gather and share market information internally

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Experience in sales, sales support, or pricing
• Native-level Japanese and conversational-level English
• Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Experience with air/sea freight quotations
• Experience working with overseas offices
• CRM system experience
