Responsibilities

Position will lead the recruitment and talent management and development strategy for Japan covering areas such as:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from the planning to hiring stage
- Create strategic talent acquisition plans and future pipeline
- Drive operational efficiency and cost efficiency with recruitment
- Lead talent development programs and initiatives
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
- HR Policy planning and implementation
- Other HR duties as required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 6+ years relevant HR experience (especially for recruitment)
- Strong communication skills
