Responsibilities

This role will cover full cycle recruitment as a member of the TA Team

​

Responsibilities:

－ Cover the full cycle of recruitment for a wide range of roles from: sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding

－ Utilize both direct sourcing and agency relationships to fill key roles

－ Become an expert on the market and provide insights on how to improve recruitment

－ Participate in employer branding projects

－ Support with interview arrangements

－ Participate in local or global projects

Qualifications

－ Bachelor's degree or higher

－ 3＋ years experience in HR, including recruitment

－ Strong communication and teamwork skills

－ Experience working in manufacturing industries a plus！

－ Experience working in global companies highly desired
