Responsibilities

Position will cover the entire HR function management such as:

- Recruitment strategy and execution

- Organizational development

­- HR business partnering

­- Change Management

­- Consulting as the HR person

­- Succession planning

­- Training and development

­- Talent Management

- C&B planning and execution

­- Additional HR and administration duties as required

​

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Business level English

- 8+ years relevant HR experience

- Strong communication skills

- Stakeholder management skills

- Self-starter

- Experience as HR Manager in b2b industries highly preferred
