Responsibilities
- Plans and directs current process of Purchasing, Delivery schedule management, logistics and Inventory control
- Evaluates, interviews, selects, and negotiates with Suppliers
- Liaises with functional and sales leaders to understand current and future demand
- Work with both local and corporate IT to set up more digital oriented
- Promote Kaizen activities and Simplification of daily work
- Lead monthly S&OP process to improve the forecast accuracy
- Supervise and provide appropriate coaching to team members
- Develop and manage SCM KPI
- Negotiate and manage Forwarder/3PL
- Manage Supplier Risk
Qualifications
-BS degree in Business or Supply chain management is preferable
- Minimum 5 years supply chain management experience: Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning and/or Purchasing experience is preferable
- Import/Export experience
- Have experience of Supplier management/qualification
- Have experience of People management at least three years
- Global Communication Skill - Business level
