Responsibilities

－ Support and Assistance in monthly, annual closing.

－ Support all accounting operations, including Billing, AR, AP, Concur T＆E, GL, Compliance, Audit, FP＆A, Tax and Other Projects （e.g., ERP implementation, e－book preservation act, Qualified invoicing system, etc.）.

－ Support operational teams on all financial reporting analysis, such as monthly BS and P/L review.

－ Collaborate with cross－functional teams, in particular operational team to ensure the financial close process is completed effectively, and communicate potential risks and potential exposures identified through review of the financials.

－ Work with the other functions to drive organizational change that maintains an effective Controllership that aligns with a functional design.

－ Be a main contact point with employee for Expense claims and ensure policy and standards are met.

－ account reconciliation process and ensure reconciliations are prepared.

－ Fixed assets master administration and take over treasury function.

－ Provide Add－hock works.

Qualifications

－ more than 5 years of accounting / finance experience, ideally with a few years in a small structure and a few years in an international environment

－ Hands on experience in both accounting and finance, with a good potential to grow

－ Understanding of JGAAP and IFRS

－ Strong Excel skill

－ business level English

－ Nissyo book keeping 2nd class

－ Experience of ERP system, Dynamics is a plus
