Responsibilities

- Manage bidding and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Create contract documents
- Oversee the purchasing process and system
- Evaluate risk and optimize value
- Implementation of local and global procurement procedures.
- Communicate with oversea suppliers and establish a strong relationship

Qualifications

- 3 – 5 years of indirect procurement experiences
- Business level English
- Negotiation skills
- Data analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
