Responsibilities

-Receive and manage orders from domestic sales companies and overseas warehouses
-Coordinate and provide status of the delivery to the customers
-Provide highly accurate information related to orders to improve customer satisfaction
-Analyze data to increase operational efficiency
-Communicate with sales and logistics team

Qualifications

-Previous experience in a logistics role
-3 - 5 years of experience in the trading industry (Automobile industry is a plus)
-Customer-oriented and able to problem-solve
-MS Office skills
-Native Japanese and Business English level
