Responsibilities

This position will cover a wide range of duties including:

- HR Business Partnering
- Partner with managers to offer support and advice on how to help the business reach its goals through HR initiatives
- Talent development – Implement and carry out development programs
­- Talent Management
­- Employee engagement
­- HR Operations
­- Employee relations
­- C&B planning and execution (payroll for Japan only, using vendor)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8+ years relevant HR experience in wide areas
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to work quickly and attention to detail
