Responsibilities

- Create and maintain demand plan
- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast the demands
- Work closely with other team
- Collaborate with key customers to support their sales plan
- Lead the S&OP meetings
- Implement best practices to suggest improvements
- Manage inventory level
- Provide your findings to others

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in demand & supply planning (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Knowledge of retail operations and market research data
- Analyze complex data and make recommendations
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to establish good relationship with other departments
- Prior experience in SAP
- MS Office skills in Excel
