Responsibilities

- Manage all HR Operations
- Lead recruitment (with TA team) and training/development planning and operations
- HR data management
- C&B planning
- Labor management
- Employee relations
- Promote and support well-being
- Manage EHS
- Contributes to CSR
- General affairs support

Qualifications

- 5+ years of related HR experience
- Knowledge of social insurance and related Japanese labor law
- Strong communication skills
- Business level English
- Intermediate or higher PC skills
- Automobile license
