Responsibilities

－ Responsible for maintaining a good and strong partnership with 3PL

－ Responsible for preparing and managing annual budget within the target in terms of costs related to warehouse operations and outbound freight

－ Responsible for conducting training for 3PL staff and its contractors

－ Benchmark the adequacy of our delivery service level and associated costs with our competitors and make suggestions for changes to business

－ Responsible for developing future DC strategies

Qualifications

－ Fluency in English and Japanese

－ Minimum years of warehouse and 3PL management experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical industry preferred

－ At least 5 years of people management experience

－ Experience of participation in global projects as an active member or a leader

－ Familiarity with temperature controlled warehousing / cold chain

－ Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, MBA or Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations is preferred

－ Experience in implementing ERP is a plus
