Responsibilities

－ Review daily Sales Audit reconciliations

－ Handle Accounts Receivable

－ Manage inventory discrepancies / adjustments

－ Monitor and manage customer transactions accounts

－ Reconcile company’s accounts with monthly statement from Department Stores and apply cash accordingly

－ Communicate effectively with Sales Division and Department Stores

－ Work with Retail Finance Manager to plan and perform process improvements 

Qualifications

－ 2＋ years of Finance experience

－ Native level Japanese

－ Basic English

－ Nissho Boki Level 2 or other certification

－ Strong understanding of Excel

－ Ability to proactively challenge new responsibilities

－ Persistence and follow－through both individually and in a team－environment
