Responsibilities

Position will act as a HR Business Partner while managing all talent acquisition activities, strategy, and planning.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-career and senior level roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

­- Identify talent in the market and create talent pipelines

­- Work closely with line managers and senior management to identify needs and fill positions

­- Manage recruitment website, job board postings, media, and social media presence

­- Create and implement a strong employer branding strategy

­- Identify and work with external vendors to fill positions in a timely manner with talented candidates

­- Work as an HR BP to create a TA strategy and succession plans in order to make strategic hires that further the business goals

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

­- Business level English

­- ­End-to-end recruitment experience for mid-career roles

­- Proactive, desire to take on challenges

­- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work quickly and efficiently

­- Ability to solve problems and analyze and evaluate situations

­- Strong communication skills

­- HR BP experience a plus!
