Responsibilities
Position will act as a HR Business Partner while managing all talent acquisition activities, strategy, and planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-career and senior level roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Identify talent in the market and create talent pipelines
- Work closely with line managers and senior management to identify needs and fill positions
- Manage recruitment website, job board postings, media, and social media presence
- Create and implement a strong employer branding strategy
- Identify and work with external vendors to fill positions in a timely manner with talented candidates
- Work as an HR BP to create a TA strategy and succession plans in order to make strategic hires that further the business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Business level English
- End-to-end recruitment experience for mid-career roles
- Proactive, desire to take on challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to solve problems and analyze and evaluate situations
- Strong communication skills
- HR BP experience a plus!
