Responsibilities

-Manage order status and billing of the product
-Input purchase orders using the ERP system
-Inventory tracking
-Solve customer problems and maintain relationships by phone and email
-Communicate with the Operations Manager at the European Headquarters

Qualifications

-Sales experience (manufacturing or trading industry preferred )
-Experience in Order Management
-TOEIC above 700 points
-PC skills: Excel functions and Macros
