Responsibilities

- Position will support the HR Manager will a variety of HR duties including operations, recruitment, talent management, and talent development.
- Payroll management (payroll is outsourced to a vendor company). Manage and ensure calculations are correct.
- ­C&B planning
­- Support with training and development and localizing global training programs
­- Employee data management
­- HR operations
­- Additional HR tasks may be assigned per company/manager discretion

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Business level English
­- Relevant HR experience (ex. 3+ years as a Generalist or experience in a few specialties but desire to become a complete Generalist)
­- Experience working in large and small organizations in HR a plus!
