Responsibilities

－ Manage accounts payable

－ Collect invoices and prepare monthly payment instructions

－ Review PO requisition/approval process

－ Check AP/AR ageing report

－ Maintain fixed asset ledger

－ Review tax filing 

Qualifications

－ ＋5 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience at a multinational company.

－ Accounting bookkeeping, on－line banking experience

－ Existing understanding and expertise in Japanese GAAP

－ Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets

－ Responsible, dependable, and possessing an exceptional work ethic.

－ Business level English, both written and oral.

－ Oracle ERP experience

－ Working knowledge of US GAAP

－ Experience in renewable energy industry, construction, or real estate development industry.

－ CPA or CPA equivalent is a plus
