Responsibilities

－ Journal entry into SAP

－ Cash management

－ Accounts Payable

－ Accounts Receivable

－ Asset management

－ Ensure accurate weekly and monthly financial reporting’s

－ Assist with creating quarterly and annual reports to provide results and financial forecasts

－ Assist with information in response to ad hoc requests from Head Quarters

－ Support senior accounting specialist

－ Process vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments

Qualifications

－ 3＋ years of experience in a similar role

－ University degree

－ Native level Japanese

－ Moderate English

－ SAP or a major ERP system knowledge is a plus
