Responsibilities

Position will cover the entire HR function for Japan (no GA responsibilities). Areas of coverage include:

- Building company culture
- Talent management and engagement
- HR Business Partnering and consulting to provide solutions to drive business growth
- Employee relations
- Recruitment
- C&B planning and management (payroll outsourced)
- Ensure compliance with local and corporate regulations
- Drive operational efficiency and streamlining of processes
- Drive employee communication programs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 5+ years HR Generalist experience
- Self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate but also work independently
