Responsibilities

－ Manage the overall accounting function by establishing and enforcing all accounting policies

－ Manage the entire forecasting and budgeting process, consolidate and analyze financial data

－ Maximize the return on financial assets by monitoring and establishing financial policies

－ Develop and maintain the internal control system

－ Coordinate annual audit

－ Risk Management

－ Business partnering with various functions

－ Conduct business analysis by follow－up on KPI’s 

Qualifications

－ Bachelor’s degree

－ 10＋ years of experience in an accounting/financial management role

－ Knowledge of GAAP ＆ IFRS

－ Experience managing monthly financial close and reporting processes

－ Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

－ Strong computer knowledge in MS Office, and accounting management system software applications.

－ Experienced in managing, leading and developing a team.

－ Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal

－ Accounting or Finance degree is preferable

－ CPA or equivalent is a plus
