■ ファイナンスチームは4名構成となり、ERPはSAPを使用しております。マネージャーは派遣スタッフ2名（AP担当1名、AR & GL担当1名）のマネジメントをお願い致します。レポーティング先は国内の日本人ディレクターとなります。

■ チームの規模も比較的小さく、スタッフ2名はどちらも長期就業中の真面目な方々ですので、マネジメント業務に手を焼く心配も少ない環境です。

■ 在宅勤務制度あり。週1日出社で勤務可能ですので、ワークライフバランスを重視される方にもおすすめです。

Responsibilities

- Monthly and annual closing

- Financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Japanese GAAP, IFRS, and tax law

- Balance sheet Reconciliation

- Management of cash and monthly cash forecast

- Perform Inventory and Cogs accounting

- Review and approve journals prepared by subordinates

- Annual audit

- Provides relevant data to Tax consultant for tax return

- Support each business leaders for budgeting and forecasting process

- Management of Daily Reporting Functions

- Provide key Monthly Management Reports for business review

- Key participant in FP&A process, including the preparation sales Forecast working with Marketing and Sales

 Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years’ accounting experience

- Knowledge and experience of SAP

- Working knowledge of IFRS

- Fluency in English and native-level Japanese
