Responsibilities

This role will be assigned to a major business unit as an HR BP and be responsible for providing solutions and expertise as a true partner to the business.

Responsibilities include:
- Consulting and providing advice and hands-on support to management as a business partner
- Introducing new initiatives and demonstrating the capability of HR to other departments. Increasing the value and recognition of HR in the company.
- Provide hands-on support with areas such as:
- Recruitment
- Engagement
- Talent management/development
- Employee relations
- Policy planning
- C&B planning
- Be a true partner to the business, consult, and provide solutions. Also, act as a playing HR BP and be directly involved with implementation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 5+ years relevant HR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Stakeholder management ability
