Responsibilities

This position will cover a wide range of duties while leading the HR function as a Manager and Business Partner.

Responsibilities include:
- HR Business partnering: developing HR strategy aligned with business goals
- HR policy planning
- Recruitment strategy
- Labor management
- Talent management and development
- Employee engagement and performance management
- Global project participation
- EHS Management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- Good PC skills
- 6+ years relevant HR experience
- Good labor law knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask
