Responsibilities

Position will cover a wide range of strategic duties focused on Talent Management, L&D, Organizational Development, and Business Partnering
- Conduct planning and execution of L&D programs
- Manage employee engagement
- Organizational development planning and succession planning
- Talent management and analysis
- Consulting with business managers/leaders and providing advice and expertise for OD/L&D

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- Minimum 5+ years experience in HR, especially in the L&D / TM / OD fields
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence and coach
