Responsibilities
－ Be a procurement point of contact for business teams 
－ Create sourcing category strategy
－ Improve procurement process
－ Oversee plant raw material management such as purchase order and inventory management
－ Collaboration with other procurement team members to meet Japan local and global goals
－ Lead procurement team
－ Maintain and monitor compliance

Qualifications
－ Professional procurement experience of more than 10 years including 5 years in multinational organization
－ 5 years of people management experience
－ Direct and Indirect material / service sourcing category management experience
－ Experience in healthcare industry is not mandatory
－ SAP transaction code level knowledge would be plus
