Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Post incoming and outgoing company payment transactions
- Clear and track payments
- Send out financial statements
- Manage direct contract with customers regarding financial information exchange
- Maintain account
- Prepare business evaluations and analysis
- Collaborate with other team members regarding monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate payroll and timesheets
- Process special topics that arise in accounting
- Support invoicing and data entry to team members
- Coordinate with HQ’s Accounting & Finance as well as external audit to make sure processes are aligned
- Ad-hoc office administration tasks including: office material purchasing and maintenance coordination
- Assist manager with external and internal meeting arrangements
- Other responsibilities and duties that are reasonably assigned by the employer
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Good speaking and writing English skills
- Business-level Japanese
- Successfully completed commercial training (university degree or equivalent certification)
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- SAP experience is a plus!
